Efter ett \u00e5rs l\u00e5ng f\u00f6rsening har ett stort sm\u00e5b\u00e5tshamnprojekt i Huelin-omr\u00e5det i Malaga f\u00e5tt godk\u00e4nnande att g\u00e5 vidare. Utvecklingen, som ligger strax v\u00e4ster om stadens centrum, kommer att omfatta 506 b\u00e5tplatser f\u00f6r yachter, samt ett exklusivt shopping- och restaurangkomplex med lyxm\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Malaga hamnmyndighet har gett gr\u00f6nt ljus f\u00f6r projektet, som kommer att finansieras av Al Alfia, en Qatars investeringsfond. Omr\u00e5det n\u00e4ra Huelin-distriktet och stadens centrala j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsstation f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas genomg\u00e5 betydande f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar under de kommande \u00e5ren som ett resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
