Certains agents disent n&#039;avoir jamais vu un march\u00e9 &quot;aussi tendu et stress\u00e9&quot;. &quot;Cela cr\u00e9e la confusion chez certains propri\u00e9taires qui fixent des prix totalement inabordables pour tout acheteur (ils voient que le march\u00e9 monte et pensent que tout est permis). Le march\u00e9 de l&#039;immobilier de luxe a atteint le prix de vente moyen de 1,8 million d&#039;euros comprenant des villas, des appartements et des maisons de ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;Toutes les attentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9es et un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne unique dans l&#039;histoire du d\u00e9veloppement urbain de Marbella est observ\u00e9 : il y a plus de demande que d&#039;offre, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi pour l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir car de nouvelles maisons seront n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes croissantes de l&#039;acheteur international \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Gunther, co-fondateur d&#039;InvestinSpain.be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derniers temps, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re a observ\u00e9 un profil plus jeune d&#039;acheteur attir\u00e9 par le mode de vie du sud de l&#039;Espagne. L&#039;id\u00e9e est que ces maisons s&#039;int\u00e9greront harmonieusement au paysage naturel et \u00e0 l&#039;environnement m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Le prix pour le moment n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu public et il est pr\u00e9vu que la construction d\u00e9butera ce trimestre et la remise des cl\u00e9s se ferait au premier semestre 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles s&#039;appelleront Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella. Bien qu&#039;il n&#039;y ait pas de chiffres concrets, la valeur de vente initiale de ces villas devrait \u00eatre d&#039;environ 15 millions d&#039;euros en tenant compte des autres d\u00e9veloppements de l&#039;entreprise. Ce que l&#039;on sait, c&#039;est que chacun d&#039;eux aura une surface diff\u00e9rente (respectivement 660, 695, 705, 805 et 845 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s) et la r\u00e9partition pourra \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9e avec les futurs propri\u00e9taires.
